If you decide that you want to rent the property and I offer it to you for rent:
For me to take the property off the market and not offer it to someone else, please make the first 2 weeks rent payment via bank transfer to the bank account provided within the specified timeframe if you are offered the property.
After you have made the first 2 weeks rent payment, please email or phone message evidence of the payment (eg a bank receipt or screenshot).
Please also make a separate payment for the bond equivalent to 4 weeks rent to the same bank account before I handover the keys to you. Alternatively, it is ok for you to pay in cash when I handover the keys to you. I will lodge your bond with the Office of Rental Bonds.

Sometime during the first week, the following agreements would also need to be completed and electronically signed:
- Condition of premises report agreement
- Inventory report agreement (if the property contains any inventory).
You will need to pay for electricity (and gas if applicable). Electricity (and gas) will be connected upon arrival but you will need to call ActewAGL for electricity (and gas) connection on 13 14 93 during the first few days of arrival to set up an electricity (gas) account for the property in your name starting from the date that you move in.
The water account will be held in my name. For apartments, you do not need to pay for water usage. For houses, you will need to pay for water usage and I will seek reimbursement from you on a quarterly basis. Water will be connected upon arrival.
