The Lessee(s) agree that they enter and use the car park at their own risk and accept responsibility for any damage to their vehicle(s) which occurs while entering, leaving or moving in or to or from the car park.

The Lessee(s) agree that they accept the risk of theft of the vehicle or its contents whilst in the car park.
